Guidelines for preparing an abstract
Abstracts must be submitted in PDF format. Files may contain embedded graphics, but consider longer transmission times and timeout problems. Your abstract will not be revised by the GDCh. Therefore, it is important for a uniform presentation of all abstracts to adhere to the following format guidelines:

Do not use Winword foot-notes, please write foot-notes in Arial 12pt at the end of your abstract

Title of the document
|
You can use the following signs: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, point (.), underline (_), minus (-). Blanks are not allowed. The length of the document title should not be longer than 20 signs, the maximum file size is 25MB.

After a successful submission you will receive an e-mail with a reference code for each submitted abstract. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject contributions, to decide on oral or poster presentation, and to re-assign them to different topics.
How to submit an abstract
- Prepare your abstract and save it as a pdf file.
- Fill in the data on the page “personal data”.
- Click “Save and next”.
- Fill in the data of the presenting author.
- Add the co-authors’ data and press the disk at the end of the every row of the co-author (please leave these fields empty in case there is no co-author)
- Enter the title of your abstract.
- Upload your abstract (only pdf files).
- Choose the topic you want to submit your abstract.
- Click “Save and end”.
If you want to submit more than one abstract please click “Save and add abstract” instead “Save and end”.
