Submissions for all topics should be in English. Authors are expected to present their work in English.
Format and Layout
Only PDF files (maximum of 300kB) will be accepted and have to be included in the submission online-form below; no other means of abstract submission are available. Files may contain embedded graphics, at the expense of longer transmission times and the risk timeout failure. Invalid file formats will cause complete cancellation of your submission. Adhere to the following layout guidelines:

You can use the following signs: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, point (.), underline (_), minus (-). Blanks are not allowed. The length of the document title should not longer than 20 signs, the max. of the file size is 300kB, no page numbers |
Abstract Submission Procedure
- Prepare and save your abstract and save it as a Portable Document Format (PDF) file.
- Complete the page “personal data” of the online form.
- Click “Save and next”.
- Complete the presenting author's field in the page "abstract" of the online-form.
- Add the co-authors’, if any, and complete their fields. Click "+/-" to change the number of co-authors.
- Enter the title of your presentation.
- Upload the PDF file of your abstract.
- Choose the topic that fits your presentation most closely.
- Specify state of matter and type of research that fits your presentation best.
- Click “Save and end” or, if you want to submit more than one abstract, click "Save and add abstract"
