The division "Computers in Chemistry" (CIC) of the German Chemical Society (Gesellschaft Deutscher Chemiker e.V.) cordially invites you to participate in the
18th German Conference on Cheminformatics
GCC 2024 November 3 - 6, 2024
in Bad Soden am Taunus, Germany
Aims of the conference
The GCC reflects and highlights the important role of Cheminformatics, which connects the modern information and data-driven world with computational modelling of molecular systems. It spans a wide range of subjects related to the use of computers in chemistry, pharmacy, materials science and biology; from informatics and data science to atomistic modelling, and from fundamental academic research to industrial applications. The scientific programme will include plenary and contributed lectures, research telegrams (PhD students only), posters and software presentations.
Due to the widespread interest in the previous euroSAMPL Satellite Workshops that we organized in 2020 (online) and 2022 (in person) with their special focus on property prediction challenges as well as research data exchange and management, this time we include the topic directly into the main conference program and extend the GCC by one day compared to past events. The ongoing euroSAMPL challenge on blind pKa predictions and community peer-evaluation of reproducibility standards will be featured in the form of lectures and posters.
