It has come to our attention that an outside organization, commonly referred to as a “housing pirate,” may attempt to contact you regarding accommodation and housing arrangements for GCC 2024 / GDCh-Events.
Be advised, this is a scam.
Please either contact the hotels indicated on the "Useful Information/Hotels" section on this Website directly or contact other reputable booking websites.
A housing pirate is a company or individual that falsely represents themself as an official housing provider for GCC 2024 / GDCh-Events and often solicits exhibitors and attendees to book accommodations through them at inflated rates or with hidden fees. No one should ever email you or call you on behalf of GCC 2024 / GDCh to book your hotel rooms. GCC 2024 / GDCh also does not offer “promo” codes for hotel reservations.
Companies that offer you one are not affiliated in any way with GCC 2024 /GDCh.
These housing pirates may tell you that an GDCh employee told them to call you or that these housing pirates can get cheaper rates. Please remember that the best way to book your room for GCC 2024 is by directly contacting the hotels indicated on the "Useful information/Hotels" section on this Website or by contacting other reputable booking websites. If not, you may end up without a hotel room and you may lose your money.
