FGMR Annual Discussion Meeting 2026

We cordially invite you to join the 47^th FGMR Annual Discussion Meeting of the Division of Magnetic Resonance (FGMR) of the German Chemical Society (GDCh) in the beautiful city of Mainz. This year in international collaboration with colleagues from Spain and Portugal.

The program will cover all topics where resonances of electron and/or nuclear spins are detected, including classical solution and solid-state NMR/EPR as well as all types of other related topics like hyperpolarization, dynamics & diffusion, imaging, instrumentation, exotica, and much more.

Plenty of opportunities for in-depth discussions will be given during two extended poster sessions. We will have the conference dinner in a fine restaurant in the city park overlooking the entry of the river Main into the Rhine. There will also be several awards sessions, including the Felix-Bloch Lecture, the Overhauser- and Ernst-Awards, as well as the Otto-Stern Prize and the Honorary Lifetime Membership Award.

We aim to provide a comfortable atmosphere of intense knowledge exchange for jumpstarting novel developments within the magnetic resonance community all over the world.
